Magnolia Ridge
Magnolia Ridge was founded in 2023 by Gregory Lauer — a Realtor and musician who wanted a place where people could escape the chaos of everyday life and recharge somewhere beautiful. The result is three acres in Phoenix, Maryland. The main house looks out over the surrounding hills, and the grounds open up for lessons, concerts, and afternoons that aren't in a hurry.

Grooming Salon
A boutique spa for dogs, with a lounge and outdoor space for their people. Small by design, so every dog gets real attention.
Music Studio
Private instruction in piano and horn for students of all ages, shaped around each student's skill level, goals, and learning style.
Event Space
The property hosts gatherings through the year — fall photo weekends, pumpkin carving, apple butter making, holiday dinners, and live music. Small, seasonal, and built around the place itself.
